Save the Date: The 10th Annual Neonatal Resuscitation Symposium, September 13-14, 2027, Indianapolis
The countdown has begun! On September 13-14, 2027, the neonatal resuscitation community will gather in Indianapolis for the 10th Annual Neonatal Resuscitation Symposium.
Over the past decade, the meeting has brought clinicians, researchers, educators, and trainees together to share ideas and improve care for newborn infants in the delivery room.
The anniversary program will tackle questions that matter at the bedside. Marije Hogeveen, MD, PhD, and Vishal Kapadia, MD, MSCS, will debate high versus low oxygen concentration at birth. David Tingay, MBBS, PhD, will discuss CPAP during stabilization. Hege Ersdal, MD, and Robert Moshiro, MD, PhD, will share work on reducing birth-related mortality in Tanzania.
We will also look at how new tools may change delivery room care. Ryan McAdams, MD, will explore artificial intelligence in the delivery room, and Mario Rüdiger, MD, will discuss video recording during neonatal resuscitation. A neonatal resuscitation workshop with Lou Halamek, MD, FAAP, will focus on debriefing.
The meeting will again include our research colloquium. Authors of the 10 highest-ranked abstracts will be invited to present their work, and each presenter will receive a travel grant to support in-person attendance.
We hope you will join us in Indianapolis to meet the speakers, organizing committee, fellow healthcare professionals, researchers, and trainees. Online participation will also be available for those unable to travel.
Mark September 13-14, 2027, in your calendar. We look forward to celebrating 10 years of neonatal resuscitation research, education, and collaboration.
