Upcoming Randomized Controlled Trials
This page highlights randomized controlled trials that are in development or preparing to launch, led by or involving the Centre for the Studies of Asphyxia and Resuscitation (CSAR) through Research4Babies.org. These upcoming studies are in advanced stages of protocol development, regulatory and ethics approval, site preparation, or funding review. They reflect CSAR’s ongoing commitment to addressing important evidence gaps in neonatal care and to advancing innovative, physiology-driven research. As these trials progress, details will be updated and studies will move to active recruitment once enrollment begins.

If you or your site is interested in joining any of CSAR’s current neonatal clinical trials, or if you are leading a neonatal trial and would like CSAR to participate as a study site, please contact Dr. Schmölzer directly at schmolze@ualberta.ca
