Two visiting scholars, Ming (Shanghai) and CG (Shenzhen), were in Edmonton Between Juen and August to participate in academic and clinical training at the University of Alberta. Their visit combines leadership development, clinical rotations, and research training.

As part of their program, they are enrolled in a leadership course at the University of Alberta, designed to enhance their skills in team management and academic leadership. In addition, they are undertaking clinical rotations to gain

experience in neonatal care within a Canadian setting.

Their research activities include laboratory rotations focused on supraglottic airway devices and the duration of chest compressions during neonatal resuscitation. These studies will provide valuable insights into improving resuscitation practices and will strengthen international collaboration in neonatal research.
