We welcome Health Sciences Centre Winnipeg for starting recruiting for HiLo

The HiLo-trial is comparing 30% vs 60% as initial oxygen concentration during stabilization of 23-28 week gestation preterm infants at birth.

As of June 29, we have recruited 400/1200 infants, which marks a 1 year anniversary of recruiting and also the enrolment of 33% of the sample size. The HiLo-Steering committee is extremely thankful for all the families who have agreed to participate in this trial.

We are also very happy to have another site joining our recruitment effort, which Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg starting to recruit. This is exiting news and brings the numbers of sites up to 8. There are still 10 more sites, which will be activated in the next 6 months.
